- Use your spade on the lone grave to dig and you will find a phrase book. Read what the book says.
- Go back to The Barnacle.
- Study the graffiti on the wall, a deciphiring puzzle begins. The goal of the puzzle is to crack what the piraglypics writing says, and you need to swap individual alphabets, for instance, clicking A and then B will swap every A to B and every B to A. You should be able to get an English sentence out of this writing. This is almost impossible to solve randomly, so it's best to think how English language works. If there are individual letters, they are most likely vowels that can be alone in English, such as 'I' or 'A', if you see apostrophes, think what words and phrases can be shortened that way, for instance 'cannot' to 'can't'. Eventually you should have clear sentences forming through trial and error. It's worth noting that the phrase book really doesn't give any usable hints to solve this puzzle, so studying the message it has is waste of time.
- When you have solved the puzzle, hit the 'Read' button to check if it's correct.
- In case you can't solve this puzzle, it may be a bit challenging for non-native speakers for instance, here's what the decoded message should spell out:
I SWEAR BY THE GRAVES 'NEATH THE FOAM O'THE WAVES,
OH I AM A PIRATE SO TRUE,
AND I SWEAR ON ME SHIPS AND THE CAT-O-NINE WHIPS,
I'LL DO WHAT A PIRATE MUST DO,
AND I SAY BY THE SKY AND ME ONLY GOOD EYE,
I SEEK OUT ME TREASURE SO FAIR,
AND I'LL SAY TO THE BREEZE AND THE SE'EN HIGH SEAS,
THAT I WON'T TRIM MY BODILY HAIR!
- Enter The Barnacle.

- Show pirate tattoo to Captain Rehab, and he will give you the cat burglar.
- Go back to Widebeard Tower.
- Look at the window that is left from the tower doors. The cat burglar goes in automatically to steal the gate pass.
- The cat burglar gets distracted by the fishtank, so use the ink to darken the water. The cat will give you the pass.

- The game is rigged, so you fail. Talk to Stibble Bellwise and complain about it. He will give your daalder back.
- Play it again, Nelly. Give a daalder and take the hook just like last time. This time, before trying to catch any ducks, use iHook to replace the other hook. After doing that, keep catching ducks until the game stops. You need to be fast, however, if you don't catch enough ducks in succession, you will get a prize, but not the prize you want. You need to catch seven ducks in total. If you fail, just keep repeating the pattern until you succeed. When you succeed, you will get the rainbow scarf.
- Go back to Widebeard Tower.

- Give the flag to Leprechaun.
- A cutscene follows, leprechauns will help you to get pass El Mono by summoning... an orange.
- Pick up the orange.
- Walk to the furnace and check the pipe coming out of it.
- Use heavy rock on the pipe to break it. Next, put the orange into the broken pipe to be launched by the outcoming steam.
- This will open the access to Saul mine, so enter the mine.
- In the mine, walk to the left, and try to pick up loose stones.
- The trap closes, and the antagonist Baron enters. He will ask you how you are planning to stop him. A conversation puzzle follows, your task is to find right alternatives among many conversation paths.
- In case you can't find the right conversation tree, here are the correct ones: 'I can help you', 'I could give you information...', 'I'll tell you about pirates', 'Pirates have deep secrets...', 'Secret Codes...'. Baron will take the phrase book from you.
- Try to operate the crank handle to power up the control panel.
- You need a diversion. Pick up those loose stones from the ground now.
- Throw a stone to the bell, and immediately after while the bell is ringing, use the crank handle.
- Use the powered up control panel to operate the magnet. The goal here is to place the magnet right on top of Baron to catch him. There are four settings in the control panel, and each of those move the magnet right/left and up/down, two directions simultaneously. First you need to select the movement using the lever, and then start the movement by using the rectangular button. You need to perform some back and forth movement to get the magnet into its right position.
- If you start from the position which is the default starting point, the correct sequence is (using the numbering where the topmost lever setting is 1, and the ones below 2, 3, and 4): 2, 3, 1, 1, 1, 3, 2, 1.
- Push the red magnet button to activate the magnet, and after that just watch the cutscenes that follow.
- Keep watching even after the credits have rolled to see some gags!
