In these unusual & trying times, we have moved to telephone and internet support and delivery of services. We may have changed the way in which we work, but NOT the work we do.
Working to champion black mental health and providing community-based solutions in the Hackney area

My Story Your Story
A short film which explores the experience of Hackney locals who have faced stigma, discrimination and isolation due to mental health problems. Made for Mind in the City, Hackney and Waltham Forest, and Raw Material, in partnership with Time to Change.
At MindCHWF, we are committed to helping those most marginalised to get help and support around their mental health.
It was recently found that suicides among black teens have risen 71% in the past decade, with anxiety and depression now most prevalent among black women. To help address the imbalance, Mind CHWF has created a targetted service for the most marginalised in society to gain help and support around their mental health.
