Blender Main Features:
Game engine
The game engine is fully integrated with the shading and rigging system, it features a very powerful visual logic programing system, python scripting capabilities, bullet physics and state of the art graphics.
Render baking
Blender's render pipeline supports rendering to UV texturemaps; ambient occlusion, normals, displacement, color, shadows and full render can be baked.
Map UV and ID Mask
Mesh objects with UV co-ordinates can be saved in a render pass, and used in the Compositor as input to remap textures. ID Mask node converts a number from an Object Index pass to an anti-aliased alpha mask.
Vertex Color Node
For node materials, the Geometry node contains a Vertex Color name field to access non active vertex color layers.
Sculpt Mode
Sculpt is a mode for editing Mesh objects. Unlike Edit Mode, the model's shape is manipulated with various brushes, rather than by editing individual vertices, edges, and faces.
Imaging
Advanced Imaging system featuring MultiLayer image read/write integrated in all editors and Flipbook playback for compositing, sequences or movie files.
3D object
Supports numerous 3D object formats including meatballs, vector fonts, polygon meshes, and more.
The problem seems new to 2.76 in the FBX importer (not 100% sure), and can be reproduced with many of my .FBX character files, and this is important not only those coming from MakeHuman (nightly build). One of my characters exported from Mixamo Fuse 1.3.4 has the same errors, plus others :

- Rotation of the mesh (lying on the back)
- Skeleton deformed, incorrectly scaled and detached from the mesh

How To Use Blender 2.76
The Blender Foundation and online developer community are proud to present Blender 2.76, released Oct 9, 2015. (Update 2.76b is from Nov 3 2015). Main highlights for this release: Initial support for Pixar’s OpenSubdiv geometry subdivision technology. Download mysql for macbook pro. I'm new to Blender and I have just dopwnloaded Blender 2.76. Unfortunately it doesn't seem to work under my 32 bits Windows7. Is there a 32-bit version of 2.76? Considering you have v2.64 and we are now on 2.76, there are bound to be a few changes. Note: with the buildbot, you can download the package and keep it in a folder, running it straight from there, while leaving your old Blender on you devise.

Blender 2.76 Tutorial
I'm working on a new game and this is a real big problem for me and my team. Import from the file in Unreal Engine 4 works like a charm, thank God, but we can't easily work on the file or the animations, and it's slowing us down. And we don't want to go back to 3DS MAX after switching to Blender ;-)
I will try today on Make Human and Fuse with other export / import filters, like Collada .DAE to see if the problems appear also (but I don't think so).
