Redmine can't start

Then open the folder where package was downloaded, and click on.

I installed BitNami Redmine Stack 2.1.0-0 in Windows 2008 R2 standard. I set email notification in configuration.yml and restart all redmine services including redminethin1 and redminethin2 at Windows Service in Admin tools.

When I accessed redmine homepage,the browser displayed 'Service Temporarily Unavailable. The server is temporarily unable to service your request due to maintenance downtime or capacity problems. Please try again later.'

We need to migrate Bitnami Redmine version 1.2.0 to version 2.4.2 (Windows). Can you send as an instructions step by step to do this migration. We follow the instructions that are in helping Redmine but these do not work.

I checked the services. Redminethin1 and redminethin2 have stopped. I restarted them again and access the website, the problem is same and redminethin1 and redminethin2 have stopped again.

Now, I start thin1 then thin2 stopped. Once I access the redmine website, both thin1 and 2 stopped.

Who can help me? thanks a lot.

I solved the problem by re-installing BitNami redmine and overload mysql data.
Later I restart it by stop and start server in BitNami Redmine menu.

I ran into a similar issue on windows server 2008.

Turns out the service account did not have R/W on the production.log file, and also had a new version of imagemagick that was in the path before the bitnami stack version.

How could you solve this problem. Now I am facing this problem after backing up the data. By telling 'Later I restart it by stop and start server in BitNami Redmine menu.' before backing up the data. If you stop all you dont have the chance to get the data from sql server. If this means only stop the thin_redmine1 and 2 please be s kind to inform us.
